Pernah dengar nama INTAN Bukit Kiara? Jika Bonda tanya pada anak-anak Bonda, meloponglah jawapannya. INTAN adalah singkatan bagi Institut Tadbiran Awam Negara. Ia di bawah Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam. Dalam kata mudah, INTAN mengurus atau mengendalikan latihan bagi penjawat awam. Sesuailah dengan visi INTAN iaitu "Untuk Menjadi Institusi Pembelajaran Sektor Awam Yang Unggul." Misi INTAN adalah "Untuk membangunkan modal insan sektor awam yang kompeten melalui pembelajaran berkualiti." [catatan: visi bermaksud apa impian/ hasrat (what), misi bermaksud sebab kewujudan/ core bisness (why)]
INTAN bukan sahaja ada di Bukit Kiara, kat negeri lain pun ada juga seperti di Terengganu, Sabah, Sarawak, Sungai Petani dan lain-lain.
Itulah pengenalan tentang lokasi tempat pembelajaran Bonda bagi topik Audit Dalam MS ISO 9001:2008.- Nama kursus: Bengkel Audit Dalam MS ISO 9001:2008
- Tempoh dan tarikh: 4 hari (12 hingga 15 Julai 2011)
- Anjuran: INTAN
- Yuran kursus: RM30 sahaja.
Sekarang Bonda nak share my feeling about this course walaupun baru sehari selesai. Bonda merasa sangat seronok sepanjang sesi pembelajaran. Alangkah bagusnya jika bos kita ada pengetahuan dan pengalaman berkaitan Audit Dalam bagi Sistem Pengurusan Kualiti. Ini dapat memudah dan melancarkan pelaksanaan pensijilan MS ISO 9001:2008 organisasi kita. Jika Bonda berada di kerusi bos (mempunyai kuasa), akan Bonda pastikan semua staf Bonda mengikuti bengkel/ kursus audit MS ISO 9001:2008. Lepas tu barulah dilaksanakan MS ISO 9001:2008 di organisasi Bonda.
Seelok-eloknya latihan/kursus/bengkel tentang MS ISO 9001:2008 dihadiri oleh semua pegawai yang baru dilantik. Suatu masa nanti, bila dia memegang jawatan bos, pensijilan MS ISO 9001:2008 akan menjadi lebih mudah dilaksanakan.
